The Devil is in the Details at Craft & Racked

Updated: May 25, 2019

Welcome back to another week at Craft & Racked Wine Bar!

This week we’ve added three exciting new taps to our 15 rotating taps. The devil is in the details with Deviant Dale’s IPA from Oskar Blues Grill & Brew. This special IPA has elevated levels of malts and hop making it a “robust dark amber hoppy treat.” Local Blonde Lager is back after the first keg was finished in only a week! This blonde is an easy drinking beer from Texas Beer Company located in Taylor, TX and is truly a local favorite. New Belgium Fat Tire Amber Ale from New Belgium Brewing located in Colorado is here making a hit at last Friday’s Tap Takeover. “Fat Tire’s unique flavor profile originates from the late 1930s, when local Belgian breweries aimed to satisfy the tastes of visiting British soldiers. English floral hops, subtle malt sweetness and spicy, fruity notes from Belgian yeast made for a balanced yet magical combination.”

There are seven new wines added to our pour by glass menu! First, we added three red blends out of Veneto, Italy as well as one brand new Moscato. Second, we added two from Willamette, Oregon which is quickly becoming one of our favorite places to find new and exciting wines. Finally, we a new Riesling from Frankland River, Australia which is helping us truly expand our wine list to include places all over the globe. These wines are not easily found retail so stop in and try something new today!

Don’t forget that we have live music every Thursday and Saturday. For a special treat this week we are also adding live music to Friday night! Kicking off our weekend line up we have Kevin Taylor performing 6-9 Thursday, April 5th. On Friday, April 6th 7-10 we have Beth Hopkins as our first ever female solo artist and a split set Saturday, April 7th 7-10. We also have open mic every Sunday 2-5pm hosted by Debbie and Dino Panichi.
